Residential Support Worker

Working in the residential home is an incredible opportunity to build your experiences and knowledge and build up friendships with lovely staff members from different backgrounds. I was living in a care home and did a work placement in another care home as part of my Health & Social Care diploma.

Now, I am working as a Residential Support Worker. My dream job was to be an electrician. I had never dreamt of working in a care home, but when I saw the staff members and how they supported and encouraged each other, I decided to study Health & Social Care.
